14/08/2019 News

An ESIF funded ‘Thriving at Work’ call is now open.

The call comes under YNYER LEP’s skills priority ‘Inspired People’, which sets out a range of objectives and activities to ensure that growing businesses have a productive workforce, young people make the right education and job choices and unemployed people get the best chances to connect to sustainable jobs. The ESIF funded Thriving at Work call is seeking a programme of activity which will a) equip managers positively and effectively manage staff where it concerns mental and physical health, disabilities and neurodiversity and support those with disabilities to aim higher and progress within the workplace. And b) support for SMEs to understand the health, wellbeing and disability landscape of their organisations and create a positive workplace culture towards mental and physical health, disabilities and neurodiversity.
