Circular Yorkshire Week | Circular and Bio-Construction Research Launch
20 October | On Demand
Wednesday 20 October 2021, 2pm - 3:30pm
Hosted by the York & North Yorkshire LEP in partnership with North East and Yorkshire Energy Hub
As part of Circular Yorkshire Week 2021, we celebrate new circular economy research and innovation in Yorkshire.
In partnership with the North East and Yorkshire Energy Hub, we celebrate the launch of exciting research to understand the scale of the opportunity of circular, bio-based construction in the North East & Yorkshire, and how to realise these opportunities.
Conducted by Arup and Material Cultures and due for publication 15th October 2021, the research highlights the region’s unique opportunity to kickstart this industry, and realise benefits that could reach £14.8bn GVA and 2.88 Mt carbon saved in the next 17 years.
You can now find 'Circular Biobased Construction in the North East and Yorkshire' published on our Strategy & Research page here.
